President/CEO

Pamela McCowen is a Regional Human Resource Manager with Telecare Corporation, with over 20 years of experience in Organizational Management. Ms. McCowen holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a BS in Organizational Management, as well as a license in Property & Casualty Broker License. She serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder for Let’s Talk Foundation and is leading all programs and fundraising activities.

Dee Faye’s Let’s Talk Foundation, Inc., is a Mental Health referral agency organization committed to improving the practice of communication between patients and mental health care professionals. Our goal is to hear the unheard, see the unseen and open lines of effective communication for all individuals suffering in silence. We are committed to the wellness of ALL individuals, families, within our communities. Our primary goal is to increase communications, outreach to all individuals suffering with severe mental illness including the support of family and friends who may have lost loved ones from suicide.
